No bail to Jayalalitha till October 6th

Former Tamilnadu CM Jayalalitha and her AIADMK leaders are very much disappointed as Karnataka High Court adjourns her bail petition to next Monday. High Court didn’t consider her lawyer Ram Jetmalani’s arguments about her ill health. Hence, Jayalalitha has to spend next six days in jail. It would be very hard to digest for her and her party leaders, but they have to. If the High Court refuse to grant bail to her then she will have stay till a petition is filed in Supreme Court and it takes-up her petition. However, if seen the apex court rejecting her plea to issue a stay order on the special court proceedings on her case, it reveals how it will reacts to Jayalalitha’s bail petition. If so, Jayalalitha’s personal and political future seems blinking.
