2 and 1/2 cup All purpose flour
3/4th cup Castor Sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp yeast
1cup warm milk
1 tbsp Butter
First in a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and add in the milk and butter mixture slowly and make a dough. Let the dough rest for 1 n 1/2 hrs it will double in size. Take the dough on a flat surface and roll it then with the help of cutter cut them and place them in a tray which is brushed with a little oil and let them rest for 1/2 hr more. Bake them at 200°c for 12 mins. Then glaze them with melted white and brown chocolate and serve it hot.
