Make Writing a way of Meditation

Graphologist Ranadheer Kumar explains how writing can also be  form of meditation. This can be used to focus your mind on one aspect and the best part about writing is you can’t deviate yourself like how the mind deviates when you try to stop the mental chatter from disturbing you when in meditation. To make it more effective take an affirmation like I am the best and write it 10 to 15 times or take  a short prayer in English or your own native language and write it .Not only will your handwriting improve it also helps you the same way mediation does. You can see changes in yourself when this writing meditation is done regularly.
