Yash follows Ajith Kumar in this aspect

on Dec 31, 2024

Rocking Star Yash, has created a huge fandom for himself with KGF franchise. They are eagerly waiting for his next film, Toxic, but the actor has decided to take Ajith Kumar's route in advising his fans.

Ajith has decided to abolish his official fan groups and stated that his true fans should only watch his movies and look to thrive in their lives. He doesn't encourage any sort of extravagant displays of passion and love towards him. While fans do it on their own, he tends to discourage such activites.

Now, Yash seems to have taken that route in the view of his birthday. In a heartfelt letter addressed to his fans, Yash emphasized the need to change the way love is expressed. He reflected on the unfortunate incidents that occurred during his birthday celebrations in the past, tragically resulting in the loss of lives.

Earlier this year on his last birthday (2024), three of his fans in the Gadag district of Karnataka lost their lives while erecting a large birthday cutout. The actor had immediately traveled to meet the bereaved families, offering support and condolences. After this tragic event, Yash urged his fans to refrain from hanging banners, engaging in dangerous bike chases, and taking reckless selfies. He insisted that these actions were not a genuine expression of love.

On top of it all, a fan self-immolated himself for not being able to meet him on his birthday in 2019. Yash looking at such wild and unhealthy love, advised his fans to not prioritise him but his families. Still, such incidents have been repeating and hence, he took this step to advise his fans to not put their lives at risk.

Looks like with recent Sandhya Theatre stampede at Pushpa 2 The Rule premiere, even Telugu heroes should start talking these steps regularly advising their young fans to concentrate on their lives than online toxicity, trolling and fan wars.
