NBK fans are doubly disappointed now

on Jan 9, 2025

At Tirumala Tirupathi Vishnu Nivasam complex, an unfortunate stampede has occurred with humungous rush for offline darshan tickets. Many people got hurt in this incident and death toll is being increased as well. Hence, NBK's Daaku Maharaaj team has decided to cancel their pre-release event in Ananthapuram.

Going into the details, Sithara Entertainments, the production house of Daaku Maharaaj, has been slammed for the lack of high promotional activity till date. As the team started promoting it with press interactions and interviews, fans have been eager to see their idol speak at length about Daaku Maharaaj at Ananthapuram.

Now, due to this Tirupathi Stampede, the team has decided to cancel the event. "In light of the recent events in Tirupati, our team is deeply affected by the tragic incident that has occurred. It is heart-wrenching to see such an incident occur at the Lord Venkateswara temple - a place of devotion, hope for millions and a cherished part of our families' traditions. Given the circumstances we feel it is not appropriate to proceed with Daaku Maharaaj Pre Release Event as planned. With a heavy heart and utmost respect for the devotion and sentiments of the people, we have decided to call off today’s event. We hope for your understanding and support during this difficult time," stated the team.

Well, Nandamuri fans are disappointed with this turn around as NTR's Devara event had also been called off in the last moment. So, they are expecting a NBK to hit it big with great word of mouth post release. The trolls on Urvashi Rautela song, did help with social media buzz but they are asking for more on-ground promotions from the producers. Let's see how they will proceed forward.
