on Jan 9, 2025

Dhanashree Verma, wife of Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer, dancer, has reacted amidst divorce rumors. Chahal remained silent about all the speculations but trolls have targeted Dhanashree Verma with several old videos spreading on social media.

Now, she reacted and posted an open note on Instagram story. She wrote, "The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What's truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact- checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate."

Dhanashree Verma continued to state, "I've worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness; but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to uplift others."

Finally, she stated that she doesn't have to give any justification and she is true to her values. "I choose to focus on my truth and move forward, holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need for justification," wrote the choreographer before concluding the note.

After Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya's divorces, now, Yuzvendra Chahal also going through a separation has got more social media buzz than anticipated. As it is a personal issue between a married couple, it is better to let them go through the emotional turmoil at privacy.
