Hungry Media Throwing Mud On Navdeep

on Mar 26, 2016

What's the meaning of Rave Party? Huge disco lights setup in a dimmed auditorium with DJ, sound and fun is called rave party. Unfortunately publicity hungry Telugu media made this word a 'Boothu' by implying a meaning to it that rave party means sex, wine and drugs. And this publicity hungry media never bothers to verify facts before actually airing non-sense.

Early in the morning today, everyone would have woke up to the news of Hero Navdeep escaping from a rave party he organised. Media stated that cops have got a clue about a huge rave party happening, involving Navdeep and other cinema actors and raided the Farm House on the outskirts of Hyderabad early in the morning. While no one is present at the venue, cops have seized bottles of so-called 'foreign liquor' and arrested a Farm House manager.

In the whole episode, what sounds funny is, those so called foreign liquor bottles are readily available to buy in upmarket wine marts in Jubilee Hills, but still people call them foreign liquor. At the same time, the visuals being shown in media depict a corporate party event setup rather than something like a rave party. Still, airing something on Navdeep will bring TRP's, isn't it?

"Hilarious news of the day! Dinner with parents and families - rave party! When questioned about it say "cant name my sources!" #journalism", said Hero Navdeep, accentuating on how TRP hungry media houses are slinging mud on him. He added, "My mother was with me what's wrong with u! Anything for trps? No checking facts no checking with me atleast. If my mother was not there last night, she wouldnt have believed me and cried all morning! Who would answer her?"

Well, would Media oblige to answer Navdeep and issue an apology to him?
