Aditya 369 team locks the best re-release date for the epic

Aditya 369 is one of the biggest cult classics of Telugu Cinema. The movie became one of its kind sci-fi epic in world cinema as well. Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao directed the film with Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role as Krishna Kumar who time travels to past and future for a diamond. NBK's performance as King Sri Krishna Devaraya and Ilaiyaraaja's songs and entire theme makes the movie a magical epic. The team is re-releasing it in 4K and 5.1 surround sound on 11th April.
On the occasion of the re-release of ‘Aditya 369’, Sridevi Movies’ head Sivalenka Krishna Prasad in an open press statement said, “We have digitized this film in 4k. We have also converted the sound to 5.1 quality. Prasad’s digital team worked hard for six months and gave a good output. This film, which was released 34 years ago on July 18, 1991, still has a lot of craze among the audience. As soon as the re-release was announced, many people showed interest in the release date. It is a film that connects to the current trend in a big way."
Further he thanked SP Balasubramanyam and Nandamuri Balakrishna for making him part of it. He said, "I will be indebted to SP Balasubrahmanyam garu for the rest of my life, who helped me produce the film 'Aditya 369'. I was very excited when I told Nandamuri Balakrishna garu and Singeetham Srinivasa Rao garu that we are re-releasing it like this. I am always grateful to Balayya Babu garu, who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to make this film even though I was a new producer at that time. As Sri Krishna Devaraya and Krishna Kumar, he has given an excellent performance in both the roles. He looks very beautiful in the film, too. His performance is imbued with Royalty and Attitude of King to the tee."
He further talked about the film and its technical prowess. He stated, "This is a film in which Singeetham Srinivasa Rao garu has shown excellent talent as a storyteller and director. Not only did he come up with such a story idea, but he also made the impossible possible on the Telugu screen and made this film in the style of Nabhuto Nabhavishyath. I was as excited as I was during the release of this film then, I am equally excited now during the re-release. Ilayaraja's music, Jandhyala's dialogues, and the cinematography of three cinematographers PC Sriram - VSR Swamy - Kabir Lal have made this film memorable. Bollywood's top villain Amrish Puri and famous actor Tinnu Anand are the main attractions of this film."
