Was Kangana nominated for Padma award?

Kangana Ranaut, who won the national award twice for the best actress is said to have been nominated for the recently announced Padma awards but sadly did not make the cut to the final list of selected few for the prestigious award. Ranaut won the national award for best actress in a row in 2015 and 2016 for 'Queen' and 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' respectively. She had in 2010 also won the national award for best supporting actress for her performance in 'Fashion'.
