Director: Trivikram Srinivas
Producer: S Radha Krishna
Banner: Haarika and Haasini Creations
Music: Devi Sri Prasad
Lyrics: Ramajogayya Sastri, Srimani, Devi Sri Prasad
Devi Sri Prasad has always given some wonderful music to all the movies of Allu Arjun. All their movies Aarya, Bunny, Aarya-2 were musically super hit. DSP has delivered lovely music for Trivikram Srinivas's Jalsa with Pawan Kalyan too. Lets check out 'Julayi' movie audio review.
1. Julayi
Singers : Suchitra Sureshan, Priya Hemesh
Lyrics: Rama Jogayya Sastri
This tittle track is a peppy and breezy one with the combination of western and mass beats. Credit should be given for lyric writer Ramajogayya Sastri for trying out a different slang. We can say this song is a perfect start for the album
2. O Madhu
Singer: Adnan Sami
Lyrics: Devi Sri Prasad
After writing super hit song Pilla in 'Gabbar Singh' DSP came up with a sensible melody song. This song is cool and romantic. Not only Devi's drums but instruments too play a major role in this number. Song is very romantically written and is equally plain sung by Adnan Sami. This is the best song in the Album without a doubt.
3. Mee Intiki Mundu
Singers: Sagar, Raina Reddy
Lyrics: Sri Mani
This will be a surprise song for the admirers of Trivikram Srinivas because of its foot tapping beats.
According to the music, we can say that this song will be appealing for B and c Center audience, but the lyrics are simple as well as naughty and after listening the complete song, we can say it will work for class and mass audience as well.
4. Chakkani Bike Undi
Singers: Tippu, Megha
Lyrics: Srimani
This is an out and out youthful song but a routine one from DSP. Just a special mention for lyrics and apart from that its the routine hero, heroine song ans can be termed as the only average number in the album.
5. Osey Osey
Singer: Jessie Gift
Lyrics: Sri Mani
This song can be termed as combination of both Mass and western genre. DSP music is ok but the Singer Jessie Gift did a splendid work by shifting his voice to low and high pitches regularly. Again the lyric writer Sri Mani penned some wonderful lines which made song interesting.
6. Pakado Pakado
Singers: Malgudi Shuba, Devi Sri Prasad
Lyrics: Rama Jogayya Sastri
This songs has got nice chasy lyrics Malgudi Shuba's voice is an attraction for the number. Likely to be a background song or a club number, this will definitely appeal to the audience on the screen, but as for the audio its just an ok number.
My Picks : O Madhu, Mee Intiki Mundhu, Julayi
Analysis : Devi Sri Prasad haven't disappointed his fans and the music lovers. Julayi songs are youthful, romantic and rhythmic. Lyrics by Ramajogayya Sastri, Sri Mani and DSP are good and they made the songs sounds really youthful. Overall, Devi Sri Prasad did a decent job and its upto director Trivikram Srinivas to make these songs visually enjoyable.
