Amitabh Bachchan's 'Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap' movie will now be part of the famous script library of Academy of Motion picture arts and sciences. Directed by Puri Jagannath, 'Bbuddah' script now finds a permanent place in Oscar’s script library. Surely, this is a terrific achievement by the team and Puri Jagannath in particular for weaving such an anecdote.
Bbuddah won many accolades for Amitabh's performance and Puri's screenplay now got an international recognition The Oscar library, which has a collection of more than 20000 films produced from the year 1910. Bbuddah, which was made on a controlled budget of less then 10 crores, showcases Big B Amitabh Bachchan as an angry man. Albeit the movie started on a slow note, it picked up well with major patronage from family audiences and Amitabh Bachchan fans. Puri Jagannath is one of the those rare Telugu cinema directors who has hit the International headlines. Way to go Puri!
