Actress Arthi Agarwal who had acted nearly 20 films in Tollywood on Saturday left her sole at the age of just 31 in Atlantic City of America pushing many fans into the misery hearing this shocking news.
Arti Agarwal’s Manager told the media that she had died with a sudden heart stroke. But the many contradictory views are buzzing over the social media that she had died with the failure of Lyposection operation . Heart stroke at the age of just 31years also hints that there is something behind her death.
She had acted in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films. She made her debut in 2001 with a super hit movie “Nuv Naku Nachav”. It is already known that she had once committed to suicide earlier.
