`When the sister of an MLA is not safe, then how can a common man feel safe?` was the valid question being raised by the wailing MLA from Bihar. Saroj Yadav was an RJD MLA from the constituency of Bhopur. Shail Devi, the only sister of Saroj Yadav was badly beaten up by 5 people in an attempt to molest her.
Shail Devi was returning home after taking medicines from a doctor at Keshavpur. As she took a share auto on her way back, five men in the auto tried to molest her. When Shail resisted their attempts, she was beaten by iron rods and thrown out of the auto. Shail was rushed to the Patna Medical hospital, but the doctors couldn’t save her. She has succumbed to the injuries on Tuesday. Though the government has assured Saroj Yadav of strict action against the culprits, his question remains unanswered!
