North Coastal AP Development Plans

Andhra Pradesh government has chalked out an action plan for all-round development of the state. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has released the detailed plan chart today while declaring Vijayawada as state capital.

Allotments and development plans for North Coastal Andhra Districts:

Srikakulam District:

1. Srikakulam city will developed into smart city.

2. Industrial Park, Food Park, Electronics and Hardware Park,

3. Green Field Airport, Ports at Bhavanapadu and Kalingapatnam.Industrial corridor at Pydibheemavaram.

4. Open University, School of Planning and Architecture.

5. Tourist spots development.

Vizianagaram District:

1. Green Field Airport, Port.

2. Vizianagaram will be developed into smart city.

3. Industrial Park, Food Park, Electronics and Hardware Park.

4. Tribal University, Medical College, Music and Arts Academy.

Visakhapatnam District:

1. Vizag city will develop into Mega city.

2. International Airport and Metro Rail and Railway Zone.

3. Mega IT hub, food Park, Electronic products manufacturing Units, VCIC Industrial corridor.

4. IIM and IIFT Institutes.

5. Exhibition and Convention Center.

6. LNG Terminal at Gangavaram Port.
