Mahatma Gandhi is British Agent: Katju

Markandeya Katju, the former judge of the Supreme Court, who is known for his controversial statements, has again hits the media headlines with his rude remarks on father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. He described him as British Government agent and Subash Chandra Bose as Japanese agent. He strongly criticized Mahatma Gandhi's agitations and his ideology in an article posted by him in his blog. He blames Mahatma Gandhi for inserting religion into the freedom fight to disband the others fighting for the cause.

Obviously, people from all sections are strongly criticizing him for insulting Mahatma Gandhi, whom the entire world honors for his peaceful freedom struggle and ideology. People are shocked with his views who once holds a very high position in the Supreme Court. If he couldn’t perfectly judge Mahatma Gandhi and his freedom struggle, then how he judged thousands of cases during his tenure. People wonder how people like him manage to hold high offices for longer periods, when they have no control on their tongue and mind.
