ED Attaches properties worth Rs.129 crore

Earlier, in the last month Enforce Directorate has attached properties worth Rs. 53 crore of Indu Project owned by Shyam Prasad Reddy in connection with the disproportionate assets case of Jagan Mohan Reddy and again today it attached properties worth Rs. 129 crores in the same case. ED has attached 8648 acres of land in Gorantla Mandal in Anantapur district, 2.5 acres in Madhapur, Hyderabad and 25 acres in Maharashtra belongs to Shyam Prasad Reddy. He is one of the prime accused in the Jagan’s quid-pro cases. CBI in its charge sheet filed against Jagan Mohan Reddy, accuses that during late Rajashekar Reddy regime, the government has granted huge pieces of lands to Shyam Prasad Reddy and in return he has invested Rs. 250 crores in Jagan owned companies under quid-pro mode.
