Can CM pass resolution against Telangana?

Stripping Minister Sridhar Babu’s Assembly Affairs portfolio by CM Kiran obviously creates havoc among T-political circles. As predicted, Sridhar Babu got sympathetic support from T-Congress and TRS leaders. He not only refused to accept Commercial Taxes portfolio offered in lieu with the existing one, but also decides to quit his other portfolio of Public Distribution in protest against CM’s decision. He owes that he will make CM Kiran feel sorry for his decision. He said that first he will complain to high command about this matter and take a decision after seeing its response.

CM Kiran, who allotted Assembly Affairs portfolio to Sailajanath, is reportedly planning to pass a resolution opposing division of the state in the State Assembly taking support from Seemandhra Congress, TDP and YCP leaders. Evidently, T-Congress, T-TDP and TRS MLAs will not let them to do so. In such case, Speaker Nadendla Manohar has to suspend them all from the house to enable the house pass a resolution. But, Speaker Manohar, who has been briefed by high command longtime ago on how to forward the T-bill without any negative remarks, may not suspend them. Hence, Assembly may be once again adjourned after witnessing the same scenes that happens in the last sessions.
