A survey on 30,000 people from as many as 52 countries revealed that those who own a car and a T.V were a risk of a heart disease that is 27 percent greater than those who do not own these.One way to deal with this kind of lifestyle is to bring a change in food habits. People with a heart problem must follow this diet in order to avoid another episode of a heart attack. Interestingly, such a diet can be successful in keeping you healthy even without weight loss.
