Dental problems are often kept on back burner till they become unmanageable and more painful. Gums issue stand first in such cases. But not all gum problems arise from teeth issues. It is said that when people are too tensed or stressed out then too gums swell and painfully bleed. When our mind is in deep depression,and we have no one to share and come out,that may give rise to gum's sensitivity.
If not treated in right time then it will spoil the teeth too(,cause they are the ones which hold the teeth tight). So, when ever you have pain in gum,just stop and think if you are in any sort of stress,if you find one,check it. If the pain still persists then do visit the Dentist as soon as possible.
Keeping the dental problem in a pending track will lead to lose of teeth one by one. Keep the gums clean, massage them with salt once in a week,and use mouth wash too once in a week.Keep your health in priority list,or else it will keep you in patients list every now and then. Happy Gumming!!!!
