Breath- The Life Changing Mantra-11

 

In this article I would share some cases where some of my friends have experienced some profound changes after taking breathwork sessions.

Very small shifts or change in thinking can make a really big difference in life challenges. We all know, what ever may come some times certain situations have to be faced, there can be no escape. And we also know we need to develop courage to face the situations. Inspite of attending many workshop, reading many self help books, visiting gurus and doing many similar things,we still endup in frustration.

Most of my friends who went through breathwork sessions could see the difference in handling things..... After completing any task or life situation when they look back they could notice how differently the situation was handled.

My first experience with rebirthing began when I started getting heated up with work and with commuting the city and well, the gracious summer heat. Valli aunty introduced me to this art of rebirthing with the promise that by the end of the one hour session, I would be released of all the tension that was building up in my mind and feel refreshed and geared up to tackle the next day. How? By breathing right. Yes, I was skeptical too. What's right breathing? I mean, we breathe every second, don't we? True, but do we know the million advantages of breathing the correct way? Well, rebirthing teaches us that. Sit in a chair, close your eyes, breathe in rhythm to the guiding voice of the instructor, and really focus on the muscles... You can feel the clogged up muscles unwind. And the most amazing revelation from this exercise, is that the root cause of stresses and discomfort come to the forefront of the mind, which makes it easier for one to analyse the reasons for their discomforts.

And true to Valli aunty's word; I felt the stress just melting away, like negative vibrations strutting off my body. That was just in my first session. By the fourth session, I really started believing in the process and the effects were multifold.
