It seems the AP CID is very calculatedly making their moves to nab whoever conspired against the Andhra Pradesh government and the TDP MLA Revanth Reddy. The CID Police have initiated actions based on the police complaint lodged by J Mattaiah, who was accused as A-4 in the note for vote case.
He complained that some TRS leaders have threatended him to kill, if do not co-operate with them in the note-for-vote case. So, he flees away from Hyderabad and taking shelter at Vijayawada.
Hence, the AP CID has filed a petition in the magistrate court in Vijayawada appealing it to order the four mobile phone service providers- Reliance, Airtel and Idea to submit the calls data of Mattaiah, his wife, and brother and close friends between May 1st and June 20th to find out who are involved in this conspiracy. The court served notices to the three service providers. It asks them to submit the call data before July 1st.
It will be helpful to the AP CID to identify who are those persons pressurized and threatens him to kill. Then the AP CID can summon them all for questioning and determine their roles and intentions in this conspiracy against the AP government.
