Samantha in Dhoti Saree 

When Anamika Khanna designed the dhoti version of the saree for Sonam Kapoor,at the Cannes 2014 it became an instant hit it and the trend has  spread like wildfire, which further led to newer breathtaking versions of this fusion Sari. It has been twisted and turned to suit the designer’s perception and make o look modern yet wearable.

Our South stars are in no way lagging behind in this new fashion trend of the Dhoti Saree. Check out Samantha Ruth Prabhu looking like an Indian princess in this Dhoti Saree at the audio launch of the Alludu Seenu Movie yesterday at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad.

She has worn a high neck embroidered blouse with the sari which is in light pink and gold work teamed with golden coloured stilettos. The only jewelry she has worn is in the hair -maang tika and a large circle ring on the finger and with absolutely no earrings keeping the emphasis on her saree only.
