Why People Quitting Trivikram Movie?

Firstly it is composer Anirudh who has walked out of Trivikram's movie "A..Aa" for unknown reasons, only to be replaced by Mickey J Meyer. And then now, after 80% of the film's shoot got completed, cinematographer Nataraja Subramanian took an exit, because he has other projects to attend. Why many people are quitting Trivikram's film this way?
Probably this is the time Trivikram should understand that making a film to his own time is not an advisable thing. When he's making films with the likes of Pawan and Bunny, producers have shed huge amounts to re-acquire dates of many actors due to Trivikram's delay in shooting. That's the reasons those films' budget touched 45+ crore always. But some technicians like Anirudh and Subramaniam feel that other projects are equally important and this being a Nitin film they are daring to quit. Change your working style Trivikram!!
