Tollywood Senior Producer gets arrested for land encroachment

Tollywood senior producer Burugupally Siva Rama Krishna is arrested by OU Police on 22nd October. The senior producer has been arrested in land encroachment case. Allegedly, the producer has used fake documents to encroach 80 acres of land in Hyderabad.
He faked documents by taking originals from archeology department with the help of senior assistant Koththi Chandrasekhar and builder Margoni Lingam assisted him in claiming the land as his own. Then AP Government in 2003, moved to High Court and Supreme Court against him claim on the said land.
Finally, Supreme Court has adjugded that Siva Rama Krishna is the culprit and guilty in producing fake documents. Now, OU Police have arrested him. The producer was active in late 90's and early 2000's. He produced films like Mahesh Babu's Yuvaraju, Pawan Kalyan's Thammudu, Venkatesh's Premante Idera, Sahasaveerudu Sagarakanya.
