Thalapathy Vijay's son to debut with this Telugu actor

Thalapathy Vijay has established himself as a big star in Tamil Cinema and grew his market by multi-folds in recent years in other languages too. Many anticipated his son Jason Sanjay to debut as an actor carrying forward his legacy. But the youngster has decided to carry forward his grand father SA Chandrasekhar's legacy as a director.
SA Chandrasekhar wanted to be an actor but he turned into a director and then a producer. He wanted his son, Vijay to fulfil his dreams and even Vijay showcased interest in being an actor. Hence, SA Chandrasekhar designed his son's career in the first ten years and later, Vijay took his own decisions to become Thalapathy.
Jason Sanjay went abroad to complete course in writing and direction. After he completed his course, Lyca Productions have come forward to support his vision to become a director. Now, they have announced his debut film with Telugu actor Sundeep Kishan with a motion poster.
They revealed that the story revolves around the theme of theme of ‘searching for what you've lost in its original place’—but at what cost? Sandeep Kishan earned huge name in Tamil language with Lokesh Kanagaraj's Maanagaram, Dhanush's Captain Miller and Raayan. Hence, the young director wanted to go with him for his bilingual.
Head of Lyca Productions, G.K.M. Tamil Kumaran, stated that the production house has always focused on encouraging talented storytellers. When Jason Sanjay presented his story, it stood out as fresh and carried the unique appeal of drawing pan-Indian attention. He highlighted that Sundeep Kishan has consistently demonstrated his ability to captivate audiences across Tamil and Telugu regions, and this collaboration promises to deliver an exciting cinematic experience.
Star composer Thaman will be composing the tunes for this project. The discussions are ongoing with leading actors and technicians from the industry. The team plans to begin shooting in January 2025, with additional announcements to be made soon.
