The film's story goes this way— As his death wish, a man on bed desires for Sunny Leone, yes, it is for what you think only. And his family brings Sunny home, and arranges for the first night (or read last night) of that guy. But by the time the actual act starts, be breathes his last. And the message goes, in India a person is dying for 11 minutes due to smoking, so 1 cigarette might cost you, your last wish. Had he smoked one cigarette less, probably his romance with Sunny would have got completed.
There is message, but the ad sounds too sexist and dirty. Dot.
