Rana and Vijay Deverakonda also in legal trouble

Betting apps scandal has been heating up in Telugu Cinema with cases being registered on major celebrities and social media influencers. After Panjagutta PS registered cases on 11 influential personalities for endorsing betting apps, now, Miyapur PS has registered cases on 25 personalities as well.
The list of actors includes Rana Daggubati, Vijay Deverakonda, Manchu Lakshmi, Prakash Raaj, Niddhi Agerwal as well. The case has been registered under sections 318(4), 112, r/w 49 BNS, 3, 3(A), 4 TSGA, 66-D ITA-2000-2008 for violating gambling laws in India, according to Public Gambling Act of 1867.
Ananya Nagalla, Sreemukhi, Siri Hanumanthu, Vishnu Priya, Praneetha, Vasanthi Krishnan, Sobha Shetty, Amrutha Chowdary, Harsha Sai, Rithu Chowdary, Bandaru Sheshayam Suprita, Shyamala, Tasty Teja, Varshini Soundarrajan, Neha Pathan, Nayani Pavani, Bayya Sunny Yadav, Imran Khan, Pandu, Padamavathi have also been included in the list.
Looks like the seriousness of the case is increasing with Rana Daggubati, Vijay Deverakonda kind of big names also being added to the list. We have to wait and see, how this will effect their upcoming projects and films. Vijay is busy finishing Kingdom and Rana is acting in Rana Naidu web series season 2.
