Comment: Is Nara Rohith Over Rated?

Apparently after watching "Tuntari" movie, many felt that Nara Rohith failed to deliver in the second half where he is expected to take the film on his shoulders and make it a tempting watch. Big twist in the tale is that, while people are nailing director Kumar Nagendra for not extracting brilliant performance, what could he do if an actor can't deliver?
This brings us to the discussion whether Nara Rohith is highly over rated for the kind of acting prowess he's having. It seems true. Never in his career, Nara Rohith has put up either an interesting show of his body language or any typical emotional performance. But he has excellent base voice, due to which many people have become his fans. As the stories of his films sounded interesting, it almost helped Rohith to get that 'superb actor' image. When he's needed to live upto that expectation, he has fallen flat with "Tuntari", opined many critics.
We have to see what Rohith will say about this.
