Manchu Vishnu postpones Kannappa and promises to entertain soon

Manchu Vishnu has been working on his dream project Kannappa from past few years. He is able to complete all works and announce the release date as well, but in the final moment, the team had to take the hard decision of postponing it due to delay in VFX work. 


Manchu Vishnu released an open letter addressing the same and stated, "Bringing KANNAPPA to life has been an incredible journey, and we are committed to delivering a cinematic spectacle that meets the Highest Standards. To ensure this, we need a few more weeks to perfect a key episode requiring extensive VFX work. This means the release of the project will be a bit delayed."

 


He continued to say that they are committed to bring best possible film. He wrote, "We sincerely regret the wait and understand the anticipation surrounding this film. I truly appreciate your patience and support it means everything to us. Kannappa is a tribute to Lord Shiva's greatest devotee, and we want to present it in the most extraordinary way possible."


The team did not zero in on a release date and hence, he stated that they will announce the date, soon. He wrote, "Our team is working tirelessly and we promise it will be worth it. We'll be back soon with an update and the New Release Date!" Prabhas, Mohanlal, Kajal Aggarwal, Preity Mukundhan, Akshay Kumar and Mohan Babu are cast in this epic tale of devotion produced by Manchu Vishnu, himself.
