Kamal Haasan locks Vikram date for Mani Ratnam's Thug Life

Kamal Haasan is one of the biggest legends of Indian Cinema and he has been delivering trailblazing films from past 5 decades. Now, the actor has joined hands with Mani Ratnam, the legendary craftsman after a gap of 37 years. They delivered a cult classic film like Nayakan and now, they are delivering, Thug Life.

The movie has Silambarasam playing another lead role and it is first time ever Kamal and STR are sharing screen. Mani Ratnam made this combination possible and also, the teaser visuals promise a poetic take along with epic action.

On Kamal Haasan's birthday, the movie team has revealed the release date. The makers have ended several speculations around the release date and Kamal locked Vikram date once again. Vikram released on 3rd June 2022 and now, Thug Life is set to release on 5th June, 2025.

Almost same date and the teaser promises an action entertainer with typical visual poetry of Mani Ratnam. AR Rahman is scoring music and Mani Ratnam is directing this film on an epic scale post his Ponniyin Selvan films.
