Sardaar Producers Taking Enough Precautions

All these days, many big films are facing the ire of distributors whenever the film flops at box office. Couple of films like Akhil and Lingaa in the recent past have performed dud at box office thereby forcing distributors to demand a refund of their money.
Expecting similar thing from distributors in case of "Sardaar" non-performance at Box Office, the makers have made some interesting move. Though shocking, we heard that Eros International entered into a non-refundable deal with all the distributors. In case if this is true then there is no way distributors would demand a refund if the film flops.
Well, that's a nice precaution, but only this sheds light on the film's fate at box office. Do we have something to read between the lines.
