Puri's Statement: They Are False People

In a special statement given to an English Daily, director Puri Jagan has confirmed that he has no way than to fight these distributors through legal means, and also confirmed that soon he will make actors and producers join him.

"If my producer lost money due to my film, then I'll work with him again. Why would I work with distributors?" asks Puri Jagan, saying that some distributors like Abhishek Nama and Kaali Sudheer requested him to sign five movies under their banner. "These distributors have hidden agenda behind what they are saying. They want to announce films with me and make me liable for their losses. By showing manipulated figures, these people are trying to scare me", he added.

Blaming on improper accounts, Puri Jagan pointed out that except in multiplexes, there is no proper billing system in Andhra and Telangana theatres, which is being exploited by distributors. In a conclusion, he says, "Heroes and Directors are not responsible for money losses. I didn't asked them to buy the film, so they should not blackmail me".

Calling that these distributors are false people, no doubt, Puri Jagan has made the issue just bigger and bigger with this 'statement'.
