Hrithik's ex-wife reveals reason for divorce

Since the day when Hrithik Roshan and Susanne Khan announced their split in 2014, there were a lot of speculations about the reason of separation. The couple were together for 17 years before they decided to call it quits. Susanne finally opened up about the reason of split, this is what she had to say:
"We had reached a stage in our lives where I decided that it’s better we weren’t together. It was important to be aware and not be in a false relationship. We are close (friends). We do chat a lot even though we don’t hangout together anymore. But above all, we are very committed to our children. We are respectful towards each other. When children are involved, it’s important to put our differences aside and protect them."
