Yevadu Satellite Rights in Malayalam

Super hit movie 'Yevadu' did great business at the box office and actor Ram Charan gained critical acclaim for this film. Not just in Telugu, but this movie did decent business in Malayalam as well. 'Yevadu' bagged more than Rs.2 Crore by the end of the second week in Mollywood. As a progress, Mazhavil Manorama bought the Satellite rights of the dubbed version of 'Yevadu' for Rs.65 lakhs. It is a well known fact that Allu Arjun has a great fan base in Kerala, but this record amount being invested for a dubbed film shows that Charan is also growing strong in the state. Produced under the banner Sri Ventakeshwara Films, 'Yevadu' was directed by Vamsi Pydipally. Shruti Hasan and Amy Jackson were on the female lead while, Kajal Agarwal played a cameo in the film. The movie made a revenue of more that 47 Crores across the globe.
