Victory Venkatesh and his nephew Rana Daggubati have been willing to act together in a multistarrer film for an extended period. Nonetheless, the project didn't take off since they didn't exciting script till date. Buzz, is that babai and abbai will share screen space for remake of a Tamil super hit film Vikram Vedha.

Madhavan and Vijaysethupathy are the lead cast in the original version of Vikram Vedha directed by Pushkar-Gayathri. Shraddha Srinath, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Kathir played supporting roles in the Tamil version which is turning out to be a blockbuster.
As per the buzz, Rana Daggubati has liked the film Vikram Vedha to the core and he felt it would be good option for multistarrer film with his babai Venkatesh. If the film materializes, Rana will play the role of a gangster, wherein Venkatesh will essay a powerful cop.
Interim, Rana is busy promoting his upcoming film Nene Raju Nene Mantri. And Venkatesh is yet to sign his next movie after Guru. It may be mentioned here that, Venky was seen shaking his leg for a special song in Rana's Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.
