Chiyaan Vikram starrer Veera Dheera Soora released after a long hurdles and postponements. The movie had to face court issues and major amount financial troubles even on the release date but finally, it saw the light of day. The movie is directed by Chittah/Chinna fame SU Arun Kumar and let's discuss about the film in detail.

Plot:
Ravi aka Peddayana (Prithvi) is a huge name in the village and one lady creates a scene at their house. The case goes to SP (SJ Suryah) and he tries to encounter both Ravi and his son, Kanna (Suraj Venjaramoodu). Knowing this, Ravi goes to Kaali (Chiyaan Vikram) for help asking to kill SP, who left a life of goon behind. What will Kaali do now? Will he be a collateral in their fight or will he emerge victorious? Watch the film to know more.

Analysis::
Chiyaan Vikram looks fit and handsome for his age. He gave his full energy and everything he can to the role. His walking style, full beard and style all add to his performance. Dushara Vijayan is good and SJ Suryah is excellent in a role that needed him to be subtle. Prithvi and Suraj Venjaramoodu are also perfectly cast.

The film has a wafer thin plot and it engages us throughout but at times, feels a little draggy due to the runtime. The detailing and every chain reaction being captured in essence all make sense but slightly feels stretched at places.

The way he showcased how even non-violent people turn to violence to save their family and themselves towards the end in captured well. But the impact of betrayal that is hinted at in the flashback sequence is slightly low. It needed an even better scene during the meeting after years.

Few scenes and situations could have been worked out better in the second hour but it all feels like everything came to an anticipated conclusion. The movie needed a slightly better effort in writing at places but execution engages us. Still, Chiyaan Vikram is too big an actor for this to be accepted from him. Still, it is a better film from him in recent times.

In Conclusion:
Veera Dheera Soora is good in building up the tension but towards the end loses impact.

Rating: 2.5/5
