VD14 Vijay Deverakonda is ready Double Treat for the 1st time

Star hero Vijay Devarakonda, on his birthday announced his next 2 projects along with VD12. The VD14 in collaboration with director Rahul Sankrityan, under the prestigious banner of Mythri Movie Makers, created lot of excitement.

The film is set to be a period action drama, produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar with a huge budget. This project marks the third collaboration between Mythri Movie Makers and Vijay Devarakonda, following the success of films like 'Dear Comrade' and 'Kushi.' Vijay Devarakonda and Rahul Sankrityan are teaming up once again after their previous superhit, 'Taxiwala.'

Being crafted as a Pan-India movie, "VD 14" promises to blend historical elements with action-packed drama. The concept poster released during the "VD 14" announcement has generated considerable interest. The poster features "The draught-hit landscape with a warrior’s statue in the just of it and the caption “The Legend of cursed land” are the mainstays of the poster. The timeline is 1854-78 and it tracks the story of a short-lived hero in the period."

Now we hear is that Vijay Deverakonda will be playing dual role in the film. He will be playing both father and son role. This period action drama is set in Rayalseema region and both characters will be using Rayalaseema dialect. This is the first time Vijay playing dual role in a film. The film will be made with huge budget around 100-120 crores and expected to create sensation Pan India wide.
