Actor Jagapathi Babu’s father, popular producer and director VB Rajendra Prasad has breathed his last on January 12th in Hyderabad. Sri Rajendra Prasad was admitted in the hospital yesterday, where the doctors have declared it was a natural death. Rajendra Prasad’s film Antastulu secured national award in 1965 and he received many honors among which Raghupati Venkaiah Naidu award, Life Time Achievement and KV Reddy Memorial Award in 2000 are the prominent ones. He was the star producer during 60s and 70s with classics like Dasara Bullodu, Bangaru Babu, Atmabalam, Bangaru Bullodu etc.
