Soundarya's husband debunks allegations on Mohan Babu

Late actress Soundarya has acquired huge fame as a legendary actor in South Indian Cinema. Unfortunately, she died in a helicopter crash while going on a campaign for her brother's political entry. At the time, she was shooting for a Mohan Babu's film Shiva Shankar and had Nartanasala with Nandamuri Balakrishna, in production.
Shiva Shankar released with the visuals of her unfortunate death towards the end of the film. Recently, a person from Khammam, Chitti Mallu, gave a written complaint to district Collector stating that Mohan Babu illegally occupied her township in Jalpally and constructed his house.
The person went on to allege that Mohan Babu even conspired to kill her. He asked for investigation and stated that the property should be handed over to Government. Now, GS Raghu, husband of late actress Soundarya, released an open letter debunking these allegations and clarified that they did not have any property based or land-based transcations with Mohan Babu.
He further stated that he can confirm that Mohan Babu is like their family and Mohan Babu never wished any sort of harm to his wife or their family, ever. He asked for the media to not promote the news anymore and end the topic, with immediate effect.

"From past few days there is a false news about the property at Hyderabad with respect to Shri. Mohan Babu sir and Smt.Soundarya. I want to deny the baseless news which has spread across regarding to the property. To clarify, | confirm that there is no property illegally acquired by Shri Mohan Babu sir from my wife Late Smt, Soundarya.
We newer had any land transactions with him as far my knowledge is. concerned. I have known Shri. Mohan Babu sir from past 25 + years and share a strong and good friendship. Our Families, my wife, my mother-in-Law and brother-in-law have always maintained a deep bonding of mutual trust and respect.
I respect Shri. Mohan Babu sir on this and wanted to share the truth with you all. We share a good rapport and are a family with Shri. Mohan Babu sir. In this aspect | want to confirm again that we don't have any property transactions related to this with Shri Mohan Babu sir.
Since this is a false news and request you all, to stop spreading the wrong news across. Request you all, let's end up at this given point of time."
