Is Shruti Hassan playing heroine in Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh movie. Sources say that Shruti Hassan is donning the female lead besides power star Pawan Kalyan for his upcoming movie 'Gabbar Singh'. Initially, Kajal Agarwal is being roped in to play the female lead but later Kajal could not accommodate her dates as the project got delayed. So as for now Shruti Hassan is the heroine for Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh film.

Hairsh Shankar recently met Pawan Kalyan and has got the nod for the final version of the script. And now things are gearing for the movie launch in August. Gabbari Singh is directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Ganesh Babu. Devi Sri Prasad will be the music for this movie, which is a remake of Bollywood movie 'Dabangg'.
