He has just purchased an apartment for just 55 crores near the Juhu beach of Mumbai. The apartment is a luxury residence, which will be managed by Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The area of the apartment adds up to 8,625 sq ft with six parking spaces. However, Shahid is not the only celebrity in this locality. Stars such as Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan live in the same locality that oversees the beautiful beach. Shahid has already paid a handsome amount of 3 crores as stamp duty for owning this apartment. Well what can we do except to envy the star for his beautiful beach house.
