Raj Mandir theatre in Jaipur (Rajasthan) is very famous and is always crowded with film buffs. Opened in 1976, this theater witnessed many premieres of Hindi films and is tagged as 'Pride of Asia'. Alright! what's so particular about this Raj Mandir theater? We all know that Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is a staunch fan of Amitabh Bachchan and the hero even did a film 'Don Seenu' to express his feelings. It seems that Ravi Teja used to watch all Amitabh Bachchan films in this Raj Mandir theater during his childhood and got inspired. You can even put it this way – Raj Mandir theatwr changed the thought process for Ravi Teja and this is where he started dreaming of becoming an actor.
Director Harish Shankar, one of the close friends of Ravi Teja, is currently in Rajasthan. Recently, he dropped at Raj Mandir theater and was sharing some of Ravi Teja's fond childhood memories. So can we now call this as Ravi Teja theater? May be! Anyhow, the actor is currently shooting for Nippu movie directed by Gunasekhar while Harish Shankar is filming Pawan Kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh'.
