Rana Replaces Babai Venkatesh

Guru provided much needed break for Victory Venkatesh who was going through tough times before release of the film. The Sudha Kongara directed film won critical accolades as well as turning out as commercial success. Trade analysts inform, Guru will provide profits to buyers within its first week run.

Now, director Sudha Kongara is planning to make sequel to Guru. But, Venkatesh is no more part of the project. He will be replaced by his nephew Rana Daggubati. It is heard that, Sudha has already narrated story line to Rana for which the handsome hank has given nod.

In fact, Rana is showing keen interest on experimental and concept based films these days. Thus, he is happy to play a boxer. More details of the project are unveiled and official confirmation on this project is awaited.

Interim, Rana is doing Teja directing political drama film “Nene Raju Nene Manthri”. He will next be seen in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus film Baahubali 2 which is slated for release on April 28th.
