Shocking Low Budget For Vangaveeti

Maverick Ram Gopal Varma stunned one and all by making a horror fiction movie with a budget of Rs 2.11 lakhs. Actually RGV made a deal with his actors and technicians to give shares in profits, rather giving them remunerations. Keeping aside the film’s result, RGV’s resolution shocked the entire nation.
RGV’s upcoming political thriller film Vangaveeti, which is based on former Congress MLA Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, and his brother Vangaveeti Radha. It deals with the influence and power-play they had during the caste war and political turmoil in Vijayawada during the 70s and 80s.
Dasari Kiran Kumar has produced the film. Shockingly, RGV is said to have made the film with just Rs 70 lakhs budget. As we all know, the film has been made with all new artists and RGV given almost nothing for them. So, with controversies surrounding the project, huge openings are guaranteed!
