Rana Crew Completes Heroine Intro Song

Superstar Rajinikanth starrer 'Rana' movie has resumed shooting sans Rajini. The crew have just completed filming the introduction song on the heroine (we presume it to be Deepika Padukone) and they were happy with the output it seems. Rajinikanth insisted that he would see the song but the makers asked him to take rest and they would send a copy of DVD of the song to him. The superstar is currently resting in his new residence and is expected to take part in the shooting in late August after Sri Lord Venkateswara darshan in Tirupati.

Rajinikanth's 'Rana' movie is co-written and directed by KS Ravi Kumar and jointly produced by Ocher Picture Productions and Eros International. Rathnavelu weirds the camera and AR Rahman is scoring the music. The movie is expected to be simultaneously made in Hindi and dubbed in Telugu and is slated for 2012 release.
