Pushpa 2 stampede: Who was responsible?

on Dec 5, 2024

Pushpa 2 The Rule movie after a long wait released on 5th December with premieres on 4th night. In Hyderabad, at Sandhya theatre complex in RTC 'X' Roads, there was a huge assembly of fans and movie-lovers waiting to rush in to the screen to catch a glimpse of Pushpa, that is, Allu Arjun, who came to watch the film.

This resulted in a massive stampede at the theatre premise with everyone rushing all over and a woman with two kids have been brutally injured. While her children have been fighting for their life, she succumbed to her injuries. The husband of the woman alleged that he puts blame on Allu Arjun, producers Mythri Movie Makers for the ruckus and loss of his wife.

He looked devastated with the sudden development. On the other hand, a students association has asked for arrest of Allu Arjun blaming him as the cause for the entire situation. Allu Arjun's team has announced that they have been monitoring the situation and they will take care of the expenses of kids' recovery.

Fans of the actor have been blaming Mythri Movie Makers for overpricing the premieres, not releasing in a legacy multiplex like Prasads and even not planning the security measures properly at the theatre. Well, Allu Arjun wanted to watch his film with fans he cannot be blamed for thinking in that manner.

Producers can be blamed for all other things but not conducting premieres or security arrangements. Security has to be taken care by Police. Here, even fans have to understand and be mindful of the people around them. Yes, we all want a selfie or a glimpse of our favourite star but that doesn't mean we just let people around us suffer.

We need to learn to control ourselves in the crowd and not rush when you know it is impossible to meet the star. The etiquettes to keep be more responsible in crowd needs to be taught for everyone from the childhood days. Hope, people would start learning.
