Prakash Raj: TFI Banned me 8 times and might do a 9th time too

Prakash Raj attended a major satellite television event, ABP's Southern Rising Summit 2024 and talked about his #JustAsking questions and controversial journey in films. He stated that he did not want to be silenced by politicians or film personalities. He stated that he loves flow like a river and stay close to nature. Hence, he wouldn't be worried about his work or other financial issues. 

He stated that TFI has already banned him 8 times and he has been wondering about 9th time as well. While he is not alien to controversies, he did not express any regrets for facing such bans. Prakash Raj expressed his desire to stay rooted and close to nature by not wondering about work. He said that he can take it and he wouldn't mind it, hence, he is able to talk openly. 

He did not point fingers at anyone to blame them but said that he would have been wrong at occasions. But then he stated that he wouldn't want to miss his identity and no one can bury a voice as it resonates everywhere. He further said that he is happy with what he has and he is happy with the work that is coming his way. 

Later Prakash Raj stated that he has been closely associated with empowering future of theatre and he is working towards giving younger generation a path to explore in theatre arts and cinema.
