Mahesh Babu Always Wanted a House Wife

Namrata Shirodkar, wife of superstar Mahesh Babu, says that they are not a party couple who wish to freak outside but rather prefer staying indoors. The former actress and Miss India (1993) was dating Mahesh Babu for few years and the couple decided to come together in 2005. Ask Namrata whether she’s missing her acting life post marriage, says Namrata, “Mahesh always wanted to have a home maker. He was clear that he doesn’t want a working woman and therefore I have to give up my acting career and I’m happy”. To a question on how she handles Mahesh Babu’s link ups and his female fans, Namrata (laughs) said, “Link ups are very common across films industry. But Mahesh and I are very transparent and he knows when to draw the line”.
