Rare: NTR, ANR Sitting Down Before Producers

Today, producer is given least priority. In fact, meaning of producer has been changed. A producer means the one who signs on cheques. But, it was not the case in yesteryear era. Even stars like Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, SV Ranga Rao etc. used to give respect to producers. The stars couldn’t even dare to sit before producers.
In the above rare picture, NTR and ANR can be seen sitting down, while producers sat on chairs. However, the scenario is completely contradicting today. While star heroes sit on chairs, producers use to stand beside them.
In their elongated careers, both NTR and ANR never bothered producers. In fact, they had reached many heights in their respective careers because of their hard work, dedication and passion towards cinema.
Many people of this generation may not know this fact that stars like NTR and ANR used to work for several production houses for month salaries. But today, producers are spending more than half of the budget for remunerations.
