Mowgli Teaser: Ramayanam Parallels in regular story

Roshan Kanakala is looking to make an impact as a box office hero with his Mowgli. Sandeep Raaj, who directed Color Photo, is directing this film. While the initial promotions have seemed like the movie is inspired from Jayam, the latest teaser established it as a story with Rama and Sita parallels with Ramayanam.

NTR has launched the teaser today and the narrative features a deep love story where the male protagonist falls for a woman who cannot speak or hear. Their attempt to escape into the forest is thwarted by a police officer, played by Bandi Saroj Kumar, who takes on the role of Ravan.

Roshan Kanakala is good in his role but the visuals doesn't really impress as much as the initial promotional material. Still, the young actors Roshan and Sakshi Sagar are looking good together and this factor might help the film to garner good buzz post release.

Kaala Bhairava's music is also apt for the film, produced by People Media Factory. Mowgli is set for a theatrical release on December 12th and we have to wait and see, how it will sustain amidst heavy competition in December month releases.
